If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
30 Day Return Policy
If you’re not completely happy with your art, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix the problem.

If your item was damaged during shipping, a representative will help you walk through the process of returning the damaged item so that we can get a new one out to you as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied 100% with your purchase, you can ship any item(s) you want to return back to us for a full refund minus shipping charges.
If you have decided to return a product to Bradley Jackson Studio, you are responsible for getting insurance for the full purchase price of the product with the mail carrier of your choice when you ship it. If the item is damaged during transit and does not have insurance, BradleyJackson.com cannot issue a refund for the item(s) that were returned.
